Ben was the type of person who could be your best friend as soon as you met him. You also can see his determination and work ethic and his continuous drive towards excellence, not only for himself but for everyone around him. That being said, he was able to create a culture that I have searched long and hard for. I have worked in numerous environments and NONE have ever come close to what he created here...Everyone helps one another with the thought that we are all here for one goal - to make our company grow as well as ourselves.
